HUGARRÓ / PEACE OF MIND

From the exhibition “Tímaflóð,” this painting looks at the concept of “peace of mind” which is something we aquire with age/time. This is symbolised by placing the nest of a bird (Arctic Tern) that protects its nest by pecking/diving at an intruder ́s head, on the head of a girl, portraying a sense of peacefulness.
